On October 15, as the world marks the International Day of Rural Women, a quiet revolution is unfolding in Davanagere, Karnataka. Over 100 rural women—SHG members, federation leaders, and community resource persons—have transformed from silent participants into relentless problem-solvers. Using Kshetra’s Dialogic Method, they’ve revived dying SHGs, reopened frozen loan windows, mobilised villages for healthcare, and held institutions accountable. Not through confrontation, but through structured, empathetic dialogue.
